Ordering a house portrait is simple:

     1. Choose a size. (All portraits are delivered ready to mat and frame in standard sizes as indicated in the
         chart below.)
     2. Choose a medium — pen & ink (black and white) or watercolor (full color).
     3. Supply images through email or traditional mail. Several angles are best, so I can have a complete view
         of the structure.

Once I receive your images, I will call or email you to discuss the details of your project and confirm the price. I require payment of half the total up front, with the remainder due upon completion.
